Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Public Nutrition and International Epidemiology, and a Ph.D. in Nutrition. RENACYT Level II researcher at the National Institute of Health (INS), with extensive experience in research on anemia, food security, malnutrition, and impact evaluation of food and nutrition programs.

Former President of the Institutional Research Ethics Committee (CIEI-INS) at the National Institute of Health (2016–2018).

Currently serves as Scientific Editor of the Peruvian Journal of Experimental Medicine and Public Health (RPMESP), researcher at CENAN/INS, and faculty researcher at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM).
